The concept of ‘The Balanced Bandwagon’ has been a culmination of my years of passionate interest and involvement in areas related to balanced health.
“Dynamic Balance is the ability of an object to balance while in motion or switching between positions”. The BB Way & The BB Program are both anchored on the above premise.
How well we travel and how far we travel is a function of this and I deeply believe that dynamic balance is key to a Healthy, Purposeful and Long Life.
Our bandwagon is an accumulation of knowledge, life experiences, biases and prejudices. Together they drive mindset and influence our feelings and behaviors. Continuous recalibration ensures relevance to health.
Our way, urges individuals to develop their individual health plans by constantly redefining their health paradigms through exploration and experimentation.
A “one size fits all” health plan, does not exist. We must take ownership of our own health journey and curate health plans as per our priorities, interests and preferences – that is the BB Way!
The four wheels of the Balanced Bandwagon - Nourishment, Movement, Mindfulness & Relaxation enable a dynamic balance in Holistic Health.
Participation in the BB program is a continuous process, that requires a serious investment of time and effort.
The BB program uses behavioral management strategies and cognitive coaching techniques to equip you with the required knowledge and skills to redefine mindsets and evaluate feelings to mould behaviour.
