Understand what needs to change. Build the skills and behaviours to make it stick.
For people who want to improve their health but find it difficult to stay consistent, whether the issue is weight, blood sugar, sleep, stress, energy or something else.
We start with where you are now, what you have already tried, and what is getting in the way. Then we co-create changes, practise them, review what works and adjust as needed.
A 16-week virtual coaching programme with two coaching sessions each week. Sessions can occasionally be shortened to a 15-minute check-in when that better suits the client, with ongoing WhatsApp support throughout.
We start with your goals, current routines, previous attempts, priorities and what seems to be getting in the way.
We look at your health behaviours, beliefs, patterns and context to decide where change will have the greatest impact.
Rather than giving you a standard plan, we agree on practical changes that fit your life, preferences and priorities.
You try the changes in real life. We review what worked, what did not, problem-solve and adapt.
Over time, the goal is for you to make better health decisions with less reliance on me.
Greater confidence in managing your health, making decisions, recovering from lapses and adapting when life changes.

Food choices, portions, meal patterns, hydration and how eating fits into your day.
Building more activity into daily life, improving consistency and finding movement you can sustain.
Sleep, rest, stress load, routines and the things that help you recover physically and mentally.
Understanding your patterns, triggers, beliefs and decision-making so you can respond more deliberately rather than automatically.
Weight, blood sugar, energy, digestion, cravings, stress, sleep or something else. The starting point is what you actually want help with. Your priorities will differ from someone else’s.
We use the four foundations as a way to understand what is affecting your health, then focus on the areas that matter most for you.

The aim is not for you to depend on coaching indefinitely. Over time, you should become more confident in understanding your health, making decisions, recovering from lapses and adapting when circumstances change. You should leave with practical skills and greater self-efficacy.
