I am a health coach and founder of The Balanced Bandwagon. Since 2017, I have worked with individuals to understand their health, make better decisions and build changes they can sustain.
My approach combines health education, behaviour change and practical coaching. I work with people to make sense of what is happening, identify what matters most, and find realistic ways to move forward.
Before becoming a health coach, I spent more than two decades in human resources, talent and leadership roles. That experience continues to shape how I listen, question, challenge and support people through change.
My earlier career spans more than two decades in human resources, talent, leadership and consulting across different countries and cultures.
My earlier work taught me a great deal about listening, motivation, behaviour, adult learning, difficult conversations and helping people act. Those skills now sit alongside my health and nutrition training in the way I coach.
My journey with health started long before I became a health coach. Through different stages of life, I tried many approaches to weight, exercise and nutrition, often believing the answer was simply to eat less and exercise more.
A back injury and surgery in my mid-forties forced me to rethink that approach. Later, menopause and changing health needs pushed me to study, question and experiment more deeply. I came to understand that sustainable health is less about following a perfect plan and more about finding a workable balance that can adapt as life changes.
That eventually led me to train as a health coach and create The Balanced Bandwagon.

My role is not to give you another set of rules. It is to help you understand what works for you and build the confidence to manage your health more independently.
